1. Your Right of Withdrawal
Under Dutch consumer law (Wet koop op afstand, implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you or a third party designated by you receives the goods, without providing any reason.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:

3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
- In its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
- Not used or partially consumed.
For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used food supplement products, unless the product is faulty or does not conform to the contract.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.
If the returned product does not meet the conditions stated in Section 3, we reserve the right to make a proportional deduction from the refund amount.
6. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or does not conform to your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue when contacting us.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law (Art. 6:230p BW), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that have been opened and whose seal has been broken, for reasons of hygiene or consumer safety (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
- Goods that have been clearly personalised.
